Eataly Vino Boston does not sell wine outside of Massachusetts. We are happy, however, to assist you if you wish to ship your wine to a location in the U.S. By authorizing shipment of your wine, you are allowing Eataly Vino Boston to engage a third-party common carrier on your behalf. We provide all shipping coordination as a free service and do not profit from any shipping arrangements we make for you. You understand that the title to the wine you purchase from Eataly Vino Boston will pass to you in Boston.  If the wine is damaged in transit, we will not be responsible in any way. Insurance (for breakage only) will be added to ALL shipments at an additional charge unless you assume all responsibility for breakage during shipment.

If you require immediate or rush delivery of your wines, including Saturday delivery please request it. Eataly Vino Boston does not make an additional profit on accelerated delivery options.

Shipping Terms / Fine Print:

Title on all Wine passes to the buyer at the time of purchase in the state of Massachusetts. If you require that your wine be shipped, you authorize Eataly Vino Boston to engage a common carrier to deliver the wine on your behalf. IF YOU CHOOSE TO SHIP YOUR WINE TO A NON-RECIPROCAL STATE, YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSILITY FOR COMPLYING WITH YOUR STATE'S LAWS REGARDING ALCOHOL SHIPMENTS.

You must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Eataly Vino Boston. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker, and the common carrier that delivers your merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. This means that you or an authorized person over the age of 21 years will have to be present at the time of delivery.

Because we have no control over the temperature conditions at any 3rd party carriers' warehouses, we always attempt to deliver wines to our 3rd party carrier at the beginning of each week so that you can receive your wine before the weekend. As a result, your wine may not be delivered to our 3rd party carrier the day that you place your order. Please understand that during business hours, your orders are immediately packaged and scheduled for delivery, but delivery may be delayed as explained above.

Some of our wines are sold on a "pre-arrival" or "futures" basis. These products are explicitly indicated as "pre-arrivals" on our Web site, email newsletter and catalog, along with the expected (but not guaranteed) arrival dates. Orders received for said products will be considered ‘requests’ and a hold may be placed on a credit card. Payment will be processed only when the goods arrive. Eataly Vino Boston will notify you by phone or email when your pre-arrivals have arrived and are ready to be shipped. You will be given the opportunity to coordinate the proper delivery or shipping address and method (we don't automatically ship out wines when they arrive without contacting you first).

You are reminded that your state may impose limitations on the quantity of alcoholic beverages which may be purchased and brought into their jurisdiction or may require certain licenses or permits. You may also be responsible for paying excise or other taxes in connection with the wine you bring into the state. As a condition of sale, you agree that Eataly Vino Boston does NOT assume any obligation nor bear any responsibility whatsoever for applying for or obtaining any such permits or licenses. Therefore, you are strongly advised to investigate such limitations and to determine the way alcoholic beverages may lawfully be brought into states other than Massachusetts.
Eataly Vino Boston makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of Massachusetts. The Buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines and is responsible for any loss or damage to goods once they have left our premises. By placing an order, you authorize Eataly Vino Boston to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
